Instructions for use

Sleep Roll-on
Apply on the temples, in between the eyebrows, behind ear lobes and back of the neck for best results. Additionally, apply oil on your palms, rub, cup over your nose and inhale deeply.

Apply on chest, forehead, temples, wrists, palms, feet, other pressure points & inhale deeply for best results
