Our studio is located at Setiawalk, Puchong ( 1 floor above Mynews) & parking is free for the 1st hour.

Seamless same-day delivery is available on our website through Lalamove. Simply input your drop-off location & choose your vehicle type and the Lalamove app will automatically calculate the cost and add it to your cart.
Delivery hours are Mondays to Fridays: 10 am - 6 pm.
Flat rate shipping of RM 5.00 for West and RM 15.00 for East Malaysia.
All purchases above RM150.00 in a single transaction will enjoy free shipping & a free gift within both East and West Malaysia.
We ship our orders within 2 working days through Easyparcel (Couriers: DHL/J&T/ Pgeon) and delivery time will be dependent on our shipping partner's schedule. It will take approximately 3-7 working days for your parcel to arrive due to the shortened working hours for our delivery partners during MCO.

Worldwide shipping is available on our website and we mainly ship international orders through DHL/Aramex and the price of shipping is based on DHL's delivery fees. Orders will be packed with 2 working days and please note that we will be unable to ship Riang's signature matchboxes internationally due to the risk of accidental ignition.
Trackers will be available with international orders.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely by country.
Undelivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Kindly ensure that the shipping details provided to us are correct upon placing your order as we are unable to take any responsibility in the event that the parcel goes missing or gets returned to us due to incomplete details. We are unable to provide any refund if this were to happen so please check all mailing details before confirming your order.
